“Could not open a connection to SQL server”
Got this error !!! Don’t know what to do !!!
Don’t worry this error will be resolved by following just few steps:
- Step 1 : On windows XP, open the Start Menu and choose “Run”. In the box that appears, type “services.msc” and click on OK. On Windows Vista and Windows 7, simply search for “Services” on the Start Menu and click on the icon at the top of the list. The Services tool will then start.
- Step 2: Click on SQL Server service from the list of the services appeared to you in the service tool.
- Step 3 : Click on the start service link.
That’s all you have to do and you are ready to open SQL connection again .
